Dr. Barnes accepts payment in cash, check, or credit card (through Paypal).
Medicare insurance is accepted.
Non-Medicare patients who wish to utilize their insurance should call the insurance company's customer service number listed on the back of their insurance card and ask "what coverage does my plan provide for out-of-network behavioral health?"
We encourage everyone to call or come in for a consultation regardless of their insurance status or financial need.
In cases where there are limited resources, Dr. Barnes can often provide a good referral for lower cost treatment. Likewise, people who must use in-network providers can usually be referred to providers who will accept their insurance. Most financial obstacles to seeking help can be overcome.
